Prices are for a typical lot within 30 minutes of Lock Haven: equipment access through a gate or around the house, flat to moderate slope, no rock or buried surprises. Travel beyond that is shown by town below. Permits, if required, are obtained and paid for by the homeowner.

What moves the price

Size
  • The single biggest factor. Our smallest standard patio is up to 180 sq ft for $9,500; past about 350 sq ft the per-foot price keeps dropping.
Access
  • Plans assume a skid steer can reach the work area through a gate or around the house. Hand-carrying base stone and pavers adds labor.
Slope
  • Flat to moderate slope is included. A steep yard may need a step-down, a short wall or extra base, which we price at the site walk.
Stone choice
  • Standard concrete pavers are in the price. Premium or natural stone adds about 15% to the paver work.
Extras
  • Seat walls, fire pits, steps and lighting are the usual add-ons. Each one is a fixed add-on price below.

Questions

How much does a paver patio cost in central PA?

A standard paver patio built by our crews in central Pennsylvania runs about $47–$53 per sq ft installed, which puts most projects between $9,500 for a small patio and $39,500 for a full outdoor room with seat walls and a fire pit. Bigger patios cost less per square foot because the setup, excavation equipment and base delivery are spread over more area.

How much does a 12×12 paver patio cost?

A 12×12 patio is 144 sq ft, which fits our small Patio size: $9,500 for up to 180 sq ft (The Patio, Small). Small patios carry a higher per-foot price because the equipment, delivery and base work cost about the same whether the patio is 144 or 180 sq ft.

Is a paver patio cheaper than concrete?

Up front, a plain poured concrete slab is usually cheaper. Pavers cost more to install but flex with Pennsylvania frost instead of cracking, and a damaged section can be lifted and relaid instead of torn out. See our guide to how long pavers last.

What size patio do I need?

Plan about 25–30 sq ft per person for dining and 80–100 sq ft for a fire pit seating area. Our patio size guide walks through it.

Is your price really fixed?

Yes. Our plans assume normal equipment access, flat to moderate slope and no rock, and we confirm that on a free 15-minute site walk before the contract is written. If your site changes the job, you hear it before you sign.

How do I pay for it?

Pay 33% at signing and the balance as the work is done; we never take more than one-third down. Or finance it: the monthly figures on this page are examples over 120 months at 9.99% APR with approved credit through a third-party lender; terms vary.

When can you build it?

Outdoor production runs mid-March through November, and builds are scheduled in the order contracts are signed. Reserving a plan holds your place.
