Every property gets one per-visit price, set from the size of the lot, the walks and how the snow has to be moved. Bigger storms are a set step up, not a surprise.

How the season works
You sign up for the whole 2026–27 season at your per-visit rate. Season accounts are locked in and can’t cancel mid-season; that is how we keep trucks, salt and crews ready for you.
We start plowing at a fraction of an inch and salt ahead of rain, freezing drizzle and flurries, unless you tell us you want a different trigger or no salt. You set it once.
We service every property as soon as we can, in route order. Priority accounts go first. Call or text (570) 397-9800 any time during a storm.

Questions
How much does snow removal cost in Lock Haven?
It depends on the property, so we price each one from its address and size. Your base price covers storms up to 6 inches; 6 to 10 inches is base plus 25%, over 10 inches is base plus 50%, salting alone is 75% of base, and priority service adds 25%. When do you start plowing?
At a fraction of an inch, and we salt ahead of ice. If you want a higher trigger, or no salt, tell us once and we follow it all season.
Can I cancel during the season?
No. Season accounts are locked in for the winter so we can staff and stock for every property on the route. That is why we give you the price and terms in writing before you sign.
Do you do sidewalks and steps?
Yes, as part of a driveway or lot account, or sidewalks only for rentals and storefronts.
Do you plow in Williamsport?
Yes for commercial properties. For homes outside the Lock Haven and Mill Hall area, sign up and we will tell you within one business day whether your street fits a route.
