Questions
Who signs the contract?
The property owner. Every job is on a written Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act contract between us and the owner. You make the introduction; we handle the quote, the contract and the work.
How fast can you quote and build?
We send a written fixed price within 48 hours of the walk. In season, listing-prep jobs go on the schedule within two weeks.
Can you install for a buyer after closing?
Yes. Buyers comparing a house to a new build can price the patio or walk now and have us install it after closing, on their own contract.
Do you provide photos?
Yes, before and after photos of the work for the listing.
Who handles permits?
If the township requires a permit, the property owner obtains it. We provide the drawings and specs the township asks for.
