Questions
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The number on screen is the price you sign for, as long as your lot matches the plan's assumptions: normal access, flat-to-moderate slope, no rock or buried surprises. We confirm that on a free 15-minute site walk before the contract is written. If something about your site changes the job, we tell you before you sign, not after.
What if my yard doesn't fit a plan exactly?
Pick the closest size. Small differences in shape are fine. If you want something custom, use the 3D designer below and price it piece by piece, or ask us for a quote at the site walk.
How does the monthly payment work?
The monthly figure is an example based on a 120-month loan at 9.99% APR through a third-party lender, with approved credit. Your actual terms depend on the lender and your credit. You can also pay 33% at signing and the balance as the work is completed.
When will it be built?
Outdoor production runs mid-March through November. Builds are scheduled in the order contracts are signed, so a plan reserved in winter is first on the spring calendar.

What hardscaping costs in central PA.
These are the rates the designer uses. They cover typical residential jobs in Clinton, Lycoming, Centre and Union counties, installed by our crews. Paver work is priced at a base rate. Retaining walls are priced by how easy it is to get equipment to the wall and how tall it is.
Every patio and walkway we build starts with excavation and a compacted stone base, then pavers, edge restraint and joint sand. Walls get a buried base course, drainage stone and pipe behind the block, and geogrid where the height calls for it. Cleanup and haul-off of the dug-out soil are priced at the site walk. How much does a paver patio cost in central PA?
Paver patios and walkways installed by Muthler Landscaping & Construction start at a base price of $32 per square foot in Clinton, Lycoming, Centre and Union counties. The base covers excavation, a compacted stone base, standard pavers, edge restraint and joint sand. Cleanup and haul-off of the dug-out soil are extra. Your exact price comes after a free site walk.
How much does a retaining wall cost in central PA?
Block retaining walls run $70 per face square foot where our equipment can drive right up to the wall, $80 in a typical backyard, $90 where access is hard (tight gates, steep ground or hand work), and $110 for walls over 6 feet tall. Walls over 4 feet need an engineered design.
How accurate is the online price?
It uses our base rates and the sizes you draw. Rock, poor soil, steep slopes, premium pavers or a wall that needs engineering can raise the price, and cleanup and haul-off are extra. Your written quote after the free site walk is one fixed number.
Can I download or share my design?
Yes. Download PDF saves your plan, 3D views and starting price in one file. Copy share link sends the exact layout to anyone, Save image downloads a picture of the plan, and your design also saves in your browser automatically.
Do you install outside central Pennsylvania?
