Single area

At least one plan a month, billed monthly. 3-month minimum, then month to month. Pick it when you open your account.
7 business days from complete site info. Rush in 5 business days +$150. Retaining wall layout sheet with sections +$250.
How it works
- Open an account. Two minutes in the contractor portal. Send your first job right after.
- Send the job. Upload photos, measurements and your client's wish list in the portal. Our photo and measuring guide shows what to capture.
- Get the plan. A scaled PDF with your logo in 7 business days, ready to download in your portal. Mark it up and we revise.
- Close and build. Present it, price it from the takeoff, and build it.
Why contractors use us
Homeowners buy what they can see. A scaled plan with real dimensions turns "let me think about it" into a signed contract, and the takeoff means your estimate starts half done. We build this work ourselves in central Pennsylvania, so every plan is checked against how it actually goes in the ground. Outside our own service area, we'll never bid against you.
Questions
Do you ever contact my client?
No. We work for you. The plan carries your logo and contact details, and we never reach out to your customer.
Who owns the design?
You and your client can use it for that project. We keep the right to show the design without names, addresses or your branding.
Do you stamp retaining walls?
No. We're designers, not engineers, architects or surveyors, and our plans aren't sealed or engineered. When a wall needs engineering, like one over 4 ft or one holding up a driveway, we flag it on the plan so you can price the engineering in. Permits and engineering stay with you. How do we pay?
Two ways. Pay per plan at 15% off retail: we invoice each plan, with no retainer and no minimums. Or take the monthly plan at 20% off retail: at least one plan a month, billed monthly, with a 3-month minimum.
