Nothing online. We walk your yard, you sign the contract, and a 33% deposit holds your spot. Pennsylvania law gives you three business days after signing to cancel for any reason, and we never take more than a third up front on jobs over $5,000.

The price on your signed contract is the price you pay in spring, even if our 2027 prices go up. The lock covers the work written in your contract, built by June 30, 2027. If you ask us to move the build later than that, the price can be updated to our rates at the time. If the yard turns out different from what we saw (rock, buried concrete, wet ground), or you add or change anything, that is a written change order you approve first, same as any job.

Early bookers get the first install windows in March and April 2027, in the order they sign, weather and ground conditions permitting. You pick a window when you sign. If frost, rain or wet ground pushes work past your window, you’re next in line when it dries out, with no penalty either way.

After your build, the first year of our Hardscape Care Plan (Care level) is on us, normally $425: one spring visit to re-sand joints, reset up to 10 settled pavers, check drains and send you photos. It covers the work we build for you, isn’t transferable and has no cash value. It’s maintenance, not a warranty, and nothing renews unless you sign up.

Yes. Fixed-price plans are the fastest, but custom patios, walls and drainage booked by the deadline get the same price lock, first windows and Care Plan year.
