Pavers settle, joint sand washes out, weeds and moss move in, wall caps loosen and drains clog. None of it is a big deal in year one. All of it is a big deal in year five. The Care Plan is a visit every spring (and fall on Care Plus) that catches it early.

Covers up to 600 sq ft of patio, walk and wall face; bigger is +$10 a month for each extra 300 sq ft. Price held for your first 12 months; after that it can change once a year with 30 days’ notice. Repairs and sealing are always quoted in writing first. A maintenance service, not a warranty: it doesn’t extend any installation warranty. Visits are set by weather; if we can’t get in on the scheduled day, we reschedule once, and if we can’t get in the second time, that visit counts as done.
How it works
Use the form or call. We look at the patio and walls (photos often do) and confirm the plan and size.
We text the day before. Nobody needs to be home. Fall too, on Care Plus.
What we did and anything we saw coming, with a written price for any repair. Nothing extra happens without your OK.
Questions
Do you only look after patios you built?
No. We look at any paver patio, walk or block wall in our area first (photos are often enough) and tell you if it fits the plan. If something is already failing, we quote that repair first. Looking after work someone else built doesn’t make us responsible for how it was built.
Is this a warranty?
No. The Care Plan is a maintenance service. It doesn’t extend or replace the written warranty on any job we built, and it isn’t a guarantee against settling, frost, water or wall movement. If we see something failing, you get photos and a written price, and nothing happens without your OK.
What does a visit include?
We blow out and weed the joints, top them up with polymeric sand, lift and reset up to 10 settled or rocking pavers, re-glue up to 10 loose wall caps, check that downspouts, drains and outlets run clear, and send you a photo report.
What isn’t covered?
Rebuilding a section, frost heave or settling past 10 pavers, a wall that leans, bulges or moves, damage by plows, vehicles, roots, ice melt, pets or other contractors, new drainage, sealing and stain removal. Those get a written price first, and members are booked ahead of everyone else.
Can I cancel?
The plan runs 12 months at a time. Because the spring visit happens early in the year, monthly plans that cancel in the first 12 months owe the rest of that year’s payments. After that, cancel any time with 30 days’ notice, and prepaid months we haven’t served are refunded.
Can the price change?
Your price is held for your first 12 months. After that we may adjust it once a year with 30 days’ written notice, and you can cancel instead.
Do I need to be home?
No. We text the day before and send the photos after.

Lock Haven, Mill Hall, Jersey Shore, Williamsport, Bellefonte, State College and the towns between, in Clinton, Lycoming, Centre and Union counties.
