Pergola Patio is a fixed price: $14,500 for the small size (250 sq ft · 10×12 pergola), $19,100 for medium (350 sq ft · 12×14 pergola) and $23,900 for large (450 sq ft · 14×16 pergola), installed by our own crews. The number you see is the number you sign for, as long as your lot matches the plan’s assumptions, which we confirm on a free site walk.

Yes. Access, slope and soil are the three things that move a hardscape price, and the plan assumes normal access, flat-to-moderate slope and no rock. We check those on a free 15-minute site walk before the contract is written. If something about your site changes the job, we tell you before you sign, not after.

The small size takes about 4 crew days, medium about 5, and large about 6. Outdoor production runs mid-March through November; builds are scheduled in the order contracts are signed.

The monthly figure is an example based on a 120-month loan at 9.99% APR with approved credit through a third-party lender; terms vary. You can also pay 33% at signing and the balance as the work is completed. We never take more than one-third down.
