Prices are for a typical lot within 30 minutes of Lock Haven: equipment access through a gate or around the house, flat to moderate slope, no rock or buried surprises. Travel beyond that is shown by town below. Permits, if required, are obtained and paid for by the homeowner.
What moves the price
- Our plans pair a 10×12, 12×14 or 14×16 pergola with a patio sized to fit it plus walking room.
- Posts are anchored to concrete footings set below frost, not just bolted to pavers.
- Prices are for a pressure-treated or cedar kit pergola. Aluminum louvered roofs are quoted separately.
- Low-voltage lighting is a fixed add-on and is easiest to run while the patio is open.

Posts can bear on pavers with surface brackets, but in Pennsylvania frost we set footings below the patio so the pergola does not heave or rack.

Is your price really fixed?
Yes. Our plans assume normal equipment access, flat to moderate slope and no rock, and we confirm that on a free 15-minute site walk before the contract is written. If your site changes the job, you hear it before you sign.
How do I pay for it?
Pay 33% at signing and the balance as the work is done; we never take more than one-third down. Or finance it: the monthly figures on this page are examples over 120 months at 9.99% APR with approved credit through a third-party lender; terms vary.
When can you build it?
Outdoor production runs mid-March through November, and builds are scheduled in the order contracts are signed. Reserving a plan holds your place.
