We sell patio, walkway and wall designs to homeowners nationwide, and we only build in central Pennsylvania. When a homeowner near you wants their design built, we send them to you with the 3D design, the material list and the scope done. You walk it, price it and build it on your own contract. We’re signing our first 25 installers now, ahead of spring.

We check your license, your insurance and ten jobs you've built.
When a homeowner near you wants a design built, we introduce you within two business days, plan attached.
Photograph eight checkpoints as you go. The homeowner gets a Build Certificate showing what's under their patio.
The deal
Nothing to join. Nothing owed for your first six months. After that, a success fee only on signed jobs we send you: no per-lead fees, no monthly fees. Founding installers keep a lower rate for as long as they’re in. Every term is in writing before anything starts.
You walk the site, set the price and sign the homeowner on your own contract, under your own license. We never sell, price or sign your job.
You keep your company, your crews and your customers. We send designed jobs; you build them and back your work.
The standard every certified build follows
- 811 ticket before any digging
- Compacted subgrade, with fabric on clay or soft ground
- Base: 6 in. minimum, 8 in. on clay or wet ground, 10 in. or more under vehicles
- Base compacted in lifts of 4 in. or less
- 1 in. of screeded bedding sand
- Pitched away from the house, about 1/4 in. per foot
- Edge restraint on every open edge, polymeric sand joints
- Walls over 3 ft of exposed face are engineered; manufacturer instructions win where they’re stricter
Our standard covers how it’s built, not whose name is on the pallet. Belgard, Unilock, Techo-Bloc, EP Henry, Cambridge: all fine.
Certified builds carry the installer’s written workmanship warranty, and the homeowner gets the photos to prove the base is there.
Who we’re looking for
- Hardscape is your main business, 2+ years under the same name
- Licensed or registered wherever your state or town requires it
- General liability of $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate; workers’ comp where required
- 10 finished paver or wall jobs with photos, and 3 homeowner references
- A CMHA Concrete Paver Installer on staff, or one within 12 months
- You call homeowners back within two business days
Questions
Do I pay anything to join?
No. Founding installers owe nothing for their first six months. After that there is a success fee only on signed jobs we send you. No per-lead fees, no monthly fees, and every term is in writing before anything starts.
Who contracts with the homeowner?
You do, on your own contract and under your own license. You set the price after your site walk. We design, introduce and certify. We never sell, price or sign your job.
Where do the homeowners come from?
From our design studio, our free hardscape designer and calculators, and our planning and cost pages. We’re building that traffic now, and founding installers are first in line as it comes in. Every lead comes with a plan.
Is my area exclusive?
No. Each job goes to the installer who fits it best, by location, response time and homeowner scores.
I'm already a Belgard, Unilock or Techo-Bloc authorized contractor. Does that matter?
That's a plus. Build with the pavers and block you already install. Our standard covers how it's built, not whose name is on the pallet.
What is the Build Certificate?
Eight phone photos you take as you go, from excavation depth to the finished patio. We review them and send the homeowner a certificate that shows what's under their patio. It's your proof, and it sells the next job.
Do you contact my own customers?
No. Homeowners we introduce come to you from us. Your own customers are yours, and we never contact them.
