Fixed price for a typical lot: equipment access through a gate or around the house, flat to moderate slope, no rock or buried surprises; confirmed on a free 15-minute site walk before anything is signed. Monthly figure is an example over 120 months at 9.99% APR with approved credit through a third-party lender; terms vary. Or 33% at signing and the balance as the work is done. Permits, if required, are obtained and paid for by the homeowner.

How much does Garden Wall cost in central PA?
Garden Wall is a fixed price: $4,800 for the small size (30 ft long · 2 ft tall), $9,500 for medium (40 ft long · 3 ft tall) and $16,900 for large (50 ft long · 4 ft tall), installed by our own crews. The number you see is the number you sign for, as long as your lot matches the plan’s assumptions, which we confirm on a free site walk.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. Access, slope and soil are the three things that move a hardscape price, and the plan assumes normal access, flat-to-moderate slope and no rock. We check those on a free 15-minute site walk before the contract is written. If something about your site changes the job, we tell you before you sign, not after.
How long does it take to build?
The small size takes about 2 crew days, medium about 3, and large about 5. Outdoor production runs mid-March through November; builds are scheduled in the order contracts are signed.
Can I change the plan?
Pick the closest size and add what you want from the add-on list. If you want a different shape or something custom, draw it in our free 3D designer and price it piece by piece, or ask us at the site walk.
How does the monthly payment work?
The monthly figure is an example based on a 120-month loan at 9.99% APR with approved credit through a third-party lender; terms vary. You can also pay 33% at signing and the balance as the work is completed. We never take more than one-third down.
