Walk & Garden Wall is a fixed price: $6,050 for the small size (80 sq ft walk · 20 ft wall (2 ft)), $10,200 for medium (120 sq ft walk · 30 ft wall (2.5 ft)) and $15,200 for large (160 sq ft walk · 40 ft wall (3 ft)), installed by our own crews, including travel to Philipsburg. The number you see is the number you sign for, as long as your lot matches the plan’s assumptions, which we confirm on a free site walk.

Yes. Access, slope and soil are the three things that move a hardscape price, and the plan assumes normal access, flat-to-moderate slope and no rock. We check those on a free 15-minute site walk before the contract is written. If something about your site changes the job, we tell you before you sign, not after.

The small size takes about 2 crew days, medium about 3, and large about 4. Outdoor production runs mid-March through November; builds are scheduled in the order contracts are signed.

The monthly figure is an example based on a 120-month loan at 9.99% APR with approved credit through a third-party lender; terms vary. You can also pay 33% at signing and the balance as the work is completed. We never take more than one-third down.

Yes. Philipsburg (Centre County) is 55 minutes from our shop at 913 Bellefonte Ave in Lock Haven. Plans there carry a small travel charge for the drive beyond our 30-minute included radius, already in the prices above.
