Front Walk & Steps is a fixed price: $5,500 for the small size (Up to 60 sq ft walk + 1 step), $7,500 for medium (Up to 100 sq ft walk + step and landing) and $10,950 for large (Up to 160 sq ft walk + 2 steps), installed by our own crews. The number you see is the number you sign for, as long as your lot matches the plan’s assumptions, which we confirm on a free site walk.

Yes. Access, slope and soil are the three things that move a hardscape price, and the plan assumes normal access, flat-to-moderate slope and no rock. We check those on a free 15-minute site walk before the contract is written. If something about your site changes the job, we tell you before you sign, not after.

The small size takes about 1 crew day, medium about 2, and large about 3. Outdoor production runs mid-March through November; builds are scheduled in the order contracts are signed.

The monthly figure is an example based on a 120-month loan at 9.99% APR with approved credit through a third-party lender; terms vary. You can also pay 33% at signing and the balance as the work is completed. We never take more than one-third down.

Yes. Jersey Shore (Lycoming County) is 20 minutes from our shop at 913 Bellefonte Ave in Lock Haven. It is inside our no-travel-charge radius, so plans there are at the base price.
