The number you see is the number you sign for, as long as your lot matches the plan’s assumptions, which we confirm on a free site walk.

Yes. Access, slope and soil are the three things that move a hardscape price, and the plan assumes normal access, flat-to-moderate slope and no rock. We check those on a free 15-minute site walk before the contract is written. If something about your site changes the job, we tell you before you sign, not after.

The small size takes about 3 crew days, medium about 5, and large about 7. Outdoor production runs mid-March through November; builds are scheduled in the order contracts are signed.

Yes. Lewisburg (Union County) is 50 minutes from our shop at 913 Bellefonte Ave in Lock Haven. Plans there carry a small travel charge for the drive beyond our 30-minute included radius, already in the prices above.
